One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one registered account on bajibuz. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts. Balances held across duplicate accounts may be voided at the platform's discretion.
BDT Transactions Only

Bonus Terms Apply

General Terms of Use
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajibuz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the bajibuz website or its associated services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
bajibuz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where a material change is made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through an on-platform notification. Your continued use of bajibuz following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms apply to all services offered by bajibuz, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, RNG slot games, crash games, specialty games, and any promotional or bonus activity conducted through the platform.

bajibuz is operated as an online gaming and sportsbook platform serving players in Bangladesh. All services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted availability, bajibuz does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, or technical disruptions. We accept no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability, provided such unavailability is addressed within a reasonable time.
These Terms are written in English. English is the governing language of this agreement. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall have legal effect or modify the obligations set out in the English version.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only: bajibuz is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make deposits, place wagers, or claim bonuses. bajibuz reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point — including before processing withdrawal requests, after registration, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect a player may be under 18. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate).
Where a player is found to be under 18 years of age, or where a player refuses to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe, bajibuz will:
- Immediately suspend and permanently close the account.
- Void and forfeit all pending wagers, bonus balances, and winnings.
- Return original deposits where this is technically and legally feasible, at bajibuz's sole discretion.
Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited should not access or use bajibuz. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing this platform is legal in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. bajibuz accepts no legal liability for players who access the platform in breach of their local laws.
Account Registration & Verification
To access real-money gambling services on bajibuz, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:
- Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID).
- A valid email address that you own and have access to.
- A Bangladesh mobile phone number.
- Your date of birth.
- A secure password of your choosing.
Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including providing another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. bajibuz strongly recommends using a password that is unique to this platform and that is not shared with any other service. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bajibuz will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bajibuz support immediately at support@bajibuz. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account while the investigation is conducted.
KYC Verification
bajibuz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at first withdrawal, or at any point where the platform deems it necessary. Requested documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete.
One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one account on bajibuz. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process rather than registering a new account. Operating more than one account, whether simultaneously or consecutively, is a violation of these Terms and may result in all accounts being closed and all balances voided.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on bajibuz — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajibuz does not hold or process funds in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bajibuz wallet within seconds of confirmation. bajibuz does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bajibuz accepts no responsibility.
Deposits are made at your own risk. bajibuz is not responsible for funds lost in transit due to errors made by the player during the deposit process, including but not limited to entering an incorrect account number or sending funds to an unrelated account.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
bajibuz reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where there is an active KYC verification requirement outstanding on the account.
Segregation of Funds
Player funds held at bajibuz are maintained in accounts that are operationally separated from the platform's business funds. This arrangement is designed to protect player balances and ensure that withdrawal requests can be honoured independently of the platform's operational activity.
Anti-Money Laundering: bajibuz is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All transactions are monitored. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended, reported to relevant authorities as required, and the balance frozen pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
bajibuz offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by bajibuz are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over in real-money wagers before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement and any game-specific weighting will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms at the time of issue.
Bonus Validity Period
Every bonus issued by bajibuz carries an expiry date. Bonuses and any winnings generated from them that have not met the applicable wagering requirement before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of bonus expiry dates.
Bonus Abuse
bajibuz reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; exploiting a technical error or promotion miscommunication; or any other behaviour designed to exploit the bonus structure rather than engage in genuine gameplay.
One Bonus Per Promotion: Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the bajibuz platform. bajibuz reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that have been generated after the full wagering requirement has been satisfied are eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using bajibuz, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the spirit of fair and responsible gaming. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the bajibuz platform:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information at any point.
- Registering or operating more than one account on bajibuz.
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption in relation to sporting events available on bajibuz's sportsbook.
- Using bajibuz for any purpose related to money laundering, financing of illegal activity, or any other financial crime.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the bajibuz platform, its software, or its security systems.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward bajibuz staff or other players.
- Exploiting known or suspected bugs, errors, or technical glitches in the platform for financial gain without first reporting them to support.
bajibuz reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily suspended and access to funds restricted. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, the balance voided, and — where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence — the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
Fraud Prevention: bajibuz employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Unusual betting patterns, rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles with minimal play, and other indicators of fraudulent activity will trigger a review. Players found to have defrauded bajibuz or its payment providers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible.
Intellectual Property
All content published on the bajibuz platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of bajibuz or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the bajibuz platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from bajibuz without prior written consent.
- Use bajibuz's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation.
- Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the bajibuz website on another platform or service.
- Create derivative works based on bajibuz's proprietary content or game interfaces.
Game content provided on bajibuz by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to the terms of their individual licensing agreements. bajibuz makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.
Any unauthorised use of bajibuz's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your access to the platform and may give rise to legal action.
Account Suspension & Closure
bajibuz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete age or identity verification within the requested timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
- A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
- A third-party self-exclusion or safeguarding request where bajibuz is legally or ethically obliged to act on it.
- Extended inactivity (an account may be marked as dormant after 12 consecutive months without login; the player will be notified via their registered email before any dormancy action is taken).
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your bajibuz account at any time by contacting the support team at support@bajibuz. On receiving your request, bajibuz will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel they need to step away from gambling for their own wellbeing may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion can be set for a defined period (from 24 hours up to five years) or as a permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, your account is suspended, all marketing communications are stopped, and you may not register a new account. Effect of Closure
Upon closure — whether player-initiated or platform-initiated — your licence to use bajibuz is revoked immediately.
